3. Will you be shipping overseas in the future?

It is not currently an option with the additional administration required.

4. When will I receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within five working days from placing the order. The estimated due date will be on the order confirmation.

5. What do I do if I received a defective order?

Contact us via the enquiry form within 3 days of delivery. Retain all paperwork, packing and goods. We will be in touch and may ask for photographs to help resolve the issue.

6. Do you have regular new designs?

When new designs are made available.  These will be available online if we consider they will appeal to our customers and their business. We try to have a balance of trusted favourites and contemporary designs. With the added durability and strength that our professional products provide.

7. Can I order single items?

Unit prices are displayed to help with selection. The order must be for full packs. Some items are available in singles. This will be clear on the listing. The pack sizes are often small to allow the flexibility to choose several designs and achieve your presentation aspirations.
